The Ally leadership team boasts a combined 60 years of C-suite, strategic, and operational expertise.

Rick Schomburger

Chief Executive Officer

Rick is responsible for the ongoing operations of the organization as well as developing and executing Ally’s strategic goals. Rick brings an extensive background in HVAC, plumbing, and integrated facility services and has over 25 years of experience transforming and leading residential and commercial services companies. Prior to joining Ally, Rick served as the COO & President for Marsden Services’ Mechanical and Facility Services divisions.

Rick’s key areas of expertise include strategic implementation, employee training, client relationships, large scale project management and revenue growth.

He earned his BS in Engineering from Duquesne University and his MBA from the University of Arizona.

Sal Barbagallo

Executive Advisor

A Master Plumber by trade, Sal founded SPS Mechanical in 1987 and ran the business until partnering with Ally in early 2023. Sal still holds his Master Plumber and Master HVACR licenses and is an active advisor to Ally.
Duff O’Connor

Regional Manager – Northeast

Duff has 40 years of finance, accounting, and management experience in HVAC and plumbing services. Prior to Ally, Duff was the CFO of SPS Mechanical.

Natalie Priest

Marketing Manager

Natalie coordinates with Ally’s third-party marketing agency and is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Ally’s marketing and branding strategy across all locations. She works directly with branch presidents and VPs on tailoring digital marketing strategy based on each division’s shifting activity levels and lead generation needs. Natalie received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from The University of Central Florida.
